Your ads get clicks but no orders? Find the leak
Short answer
When visits arrive but orders don't, the problem is usually after the click, not in the ad: broken tracking that teaches the platform the wrong thing, a slow page, an ad that promises one thing while the page says another, price and shipping shown too late, or missing payment methods. Check them in that order before you raise the budget.
An order goes through six steps
From the first time someone sees your ad to the moment they pay, people drop off at every step. Your job is to find the step where too many leave.
1. Make sure tracking works
If the pixel doesn't record the purchase, or records it without value and currency, the platform can't tell who bought. So it finds you more people who only click. Place a test order and confirm the purchase event reaches every platform with the right value.
2. Page speed on mobile
Most clicks come from phones. If the page is slow, people leave before they see the product. Open your page on your own phone, on mobile data rather than office Wi-Fi, and see for yourself.
3. The ad and the page say the same thing
If the ad shows a product or an offer, the click should land on that product and that offer. Don't send people to the home page to hunt for it.
4. Price, shipping and returns, up front
When shipping fees appear only at the last step, many people abandon the cart. Show price, shipping, delivery time and the returns policy on the product page.
5. The payment methods people here use
Check you offer what your customers expect: KNET, Apple Pay, cards, and cash on delivery if it suits your business. One missing method can cost you orders.
6. Are the clicks from interested people?
Some placements bring accidental clicks. If clicks are high and time on page is very short, review where your ad shows and to whom.
And don't raise the budget before the fix
More spend on a broken page only makes the loss bigger. Fix the leak first; then every extra dinar works for you.

What conversion rate should I expect?
There's no single number that fits every store. Compare your store with itself, week by week and product by product, and see where it drops.
Should I raise the budget to get more orders?
Not before you fix the leak. More spend on a broken page only makes the loss bigger.
Is it the ad or the website?
If clicks are healthy and orders are low, start with the website. If clicks themselves are low, start with the ad.
