1. Who we are

This website (gotnoticed.com) belongs to Noticed, an advertising agency that runs and designs ads on Meta, Snapchat and TikTok. The legal entity is [company legal name and registration], [address, Kuwait].

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• The website form: monthly ad spend, your store platform and link, your name, WhatsApp number, and email if you add it. If you choose to get our tips and offers on WhatsApp, we save that choice and its time; you can stop them any time. We also save how you reached us (for example the ad link and campaign identifiers) so we know which ad brought you.
• Booking a call (through Cal.com): your name, email, and any answers you add to the booking form.
• WhatsApp messages: your phone number, your name as shown in WhatsApp, and what you write to us.
• Instagram and Facebook lead forms: the details the form asks for, such as name, phone number, email, business name and your answers.
• During calls and proposals: business numbers you choose to share, such as monthly ad spend, sales, cost per order and average order value.

Information collected automatically

• Measurement tools: if enabled, the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, TikTok Pixel and Snap Pixel use cookies and similar technology to record pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and the page that referred you.
• Display preference: if you pick light or dark mode, your browser stores that choice on your device (key ntc-theme). It is not sent to us.
• Visit source: your browser stores where your first and latest visits came from (key ntc-attr). It reaches us only if you send the form.

3. How we use it

• To reply to you, arrange and hold calls, and send you a written proposal.
• To deliver our services if you become a client.
• To measure how the website and our own ads perform, and to show our ads to relevant people.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your business numbers for anything other than preparing your proposal and serving you.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Cal.com for booking calls.
• Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Pixel) for messages, lead forms and ad measurement.
• Google (Google Analytics) for website measurement.
• TikTok and Snap (if measurement is enabled) for ad measurement.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile, if enabled) to block spam on the form.
• Our hosting and database provider [e.g. Lovable / Supabase] to run the website and store form submissions.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy, and some store data outside Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, under the protections in their terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead details for up to [24 months] after our last contact, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as the contract and the law require.

6. Your choices and rights

• Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [privacy contact email].
• We reply to these requests within 30 days.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it.
• If you're not happy with our reply, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country (for example SDAIA in Saudi Arabia).
• Tell us to stop messaging you at any time; reply «stop» on WhatsApp and we will.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

7. Security

We limit access to people who need it and use the security features of the services above. No method of sending or storing data is fully secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses. The website is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
